Ddev Plastiks Indust Q3 net profit jumps 75.90% at Rs 40.07 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 40.07 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2023 as compared to Rs 22.78 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 75.90 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 15.45 per cent at Rs 553.54 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 654.71 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 19.51 per cent to Rs 493.42 crore from Rs 613.01 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 493.75 per cent at Rs 2.85 crore versus (Dec'22 Rs 0.48 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 44.14 per cent to Rs 60.12 crore as against Rs 41.71 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 70.49 per cent in December quarter.
Interest declined by 35.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 4.72 crore, while Taxation increased by 64.93 per cent at Rs 14.86 crore (Dec'22 Rs 9.01 crore).
